At Panels By Sofia, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home transformation. If our panels do not meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the panels to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Place the unused panels back into their original protective packaging to ensure they remain undamaged during the transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized courier location; please retain your tracking receipt for confirmation.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned panels, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
